Barre is a fusion of Mat Pilates and Ballet Barre exercises using music to energize and motivate you to move, creating a great cardio workout.
The Booost (CoreFit) class is a boosted Pilates Mat class. The exercises are Pilates based which is done faster and more rhythmically to music adding a fusion of cardio exercises too.
Holistic Massage is a blend of different massage techniques such as deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, Swedish, shiatsu pressure points, aromatherapy and sports massage, designed to promote overall well-being by addressing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Owner/ Pilates Instructor/ Dance Specialist/Massage Therapist
Tercia Amsterdam leverages her extensive background in dance, movement, and therapeutic practices to lead Booost as its Owner and primary Pilates Instructor. She is also the Founding Artistic Director of Dance Theatre Africa, founded in 2011. With over 15 years of professional dance experience as a performer and choreographer, Tercia brings a unique perspective on body mechanics and the art of movement to her instruction. Her qualifications include certification as a Dance Teacher (UCT), Pilates Instructor, and Holistic Massage Therapist, enabling her to provide a comprehensive wellness experience tailored to individual client needs. At Booost, Tercia is dedicated to fostering an environment that promotes physical wellness, enhancing strength and flexibility, and offering personalized massage therapy to achieve holistic health goals for all clients. “I bring a unique advantage to Pilates and fitness: 40 years of dance training, including 15 years as a professional dancer. This depth of expertise in movement, alignment, and functional anatomy allows me to design highly effective, results‑driven classes and massages tailored to each client’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Every session delivers a holistic, restorative experience that supports real transformation/healing and keeps clients coming back.”

With years of ballet training and passion for nutrition, Cayla is dedicated to helping clients achieve their physical wellness goals through personalized instruction and motivating classes. Her expertise and enthusiasm inspire each student's journey towards greater strength, flexibility, and overall health.

Meet Moira Davids, one of our former Pilates clients for many years who became one of our most dedicated Pilates Instructors here at Booost. With a deep passion for Pilates' empowering and transformative benefits, Moira brings a rich background in movement practice as a former Professional Flamenco Dancer and qualified Flamenco Teacher and Marathon runner to our studio. Her classes are designed to inspire and challenge individuals, fostering a harmonious balance of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
